Frequently asked questions regarding the return shipping of your devices internationally.

Duties for International Shipments

All international shipments will incur Customs and Duties fees from the customer's respective country.  These charges are the responsibility of the customer and Touchscreen Doc has no control over these prices.

ODA (Out of Delivery Area) Zip Codes

INTERNATIONAL OUT-OF-DELIVERY-AREA AND OUT-OF-PICKUP-AREA SURCHARGES

International shipments (subject to service availability) delivered to or picked up from remote and less-accessible locations are assessed an out-of-delivery-area or out-of-pickup-area. If your zip code is listed in this FedEx PDF document, your repaired device will be held at your local FedEx station on the final leg of shipping. You will be notified when it is ready for you to pick it up.

Do you ship to my country?

During checkout we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.

What are my payment choices?

During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. We currently accept all major credit cards. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.

When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?

Return shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. Your order will be shipped out within 24 hours of being delivered or the next business day.
