How do I create an account?

During the checkout process you will be offered the chance to create an account. Simply check the box next to "

How do I edit my account information?

Click the "My Account" link near the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information. Please note that any changes made will not appear on any current or previous orders. If you need to change your address, payment method, or any other part of an ongoing order you will need to email us with the corrections as well as including the corrections on a sheet of paper inside your package.

How much is my shipping?

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered FedEx or USPS Shipping Method choices and their prices. Insurance and signature required options are available at an additional charge.

I forgot my password.

Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Lost your password?". That link will send an email to you allowing you to reset your password.

I received the wrong device.

If you feel you've received the wrong device please contact us ASAP.

What is your return policy?

If you're not satisfied with our repair service or feel something was forgotten, please contact us to setup a return.

When will my order ship?

Your order will ship within 24hrs of initial delivery. A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as a label is created for your package. Please note that it may take a few minutes or even hours for the tracking number to register on the shipping carriers website.
