Frequently asked questions regarding the before and after of ordering our repair services.
Once your data collector is delivered to us, we’ll have it repaired and shipped out to you the next business day, provided there are no additional issues with the device. If your device arrives on a Friday it will ship by Monday, and if your device arrives on Saturday it will be shipped out by Tuesday.
Absolutely, although most orders are made through our website, some customers order through our eBay store and have left some feedback regarding their experience with us. Please follow this link to see how pleased our eBay customers are with their data collector repairs.
If you are sending us multiple devices that need various different repairs, simply use the "Order Notes" text box located on the checkout page to inform us of which devices should get which repairs. We recommend either identifying each device by it's serial number and listing each repair next to each serial number OR you can simply tape a note onto each device stating which repairs are needed.
Click the "My Account" link near the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status. You will also be notified via email with a shipping tracking number as soon as your device is shipped back to you. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours after we've shipped your device until you receive an email from us with your tracking number.

Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact us for assistance.
If you believe there is an item missing from your package please contact us via email or phone so we can resolve this as quickly as possible. Please note that loose accessories such as styluses, chargers or any other items other than the device itself should not be included in your package when you first ship it to us. Any of these items may become lost and are not guaranteed to be returned to you.
