Yes we do, on the checkout page you will have the option of shipping insurance for either USPS or FedEx. These are additional expenses that will increase your return shipping costs. All return shipping insurance is provided through the shipping carrier selected during checkout and any insurance claims will be processed by them in accordance with their terms of service. We recommend insuring your package for the fair market value of the contents as this is what the shipping carrier will use to determine any insurance claims in the rare event of a lost or damaged package. Please note that a delivery signature will be required on all insured packages.
Sure, if you would like to drop off your device locally, please visit the address listed on our contact us page, after purchasing your repairs on our website, and leave your device and printed invoice with the representative at the front desk. Additionally, you can also pickup your device locally after it's been repaired by requesting "Local Pickup" in the Order Notes text field on the checkout page. You will not need to select any signature or shipping insurance for local pickups.

USPS will deliver on Saturday at no additional charge, however our FedEx rates online allow for delivery Monday through Friday. We can have items delivered on Saturday, however there is an extra fee involved. This is a "Saturday Delivery Fee" and the shipping service must also be upgraded to "Priority Overnight". Please contact us to setup this shipping option.
We have specifically added as many FedEx shipping options as possible so you get your device back at the speed and price that you want. Here are a few simple explanations on our shipping options:
INBOUND (Before repair):
-You send any item in using your own carrier. Just pack it and ship it. There's no charge from us for that!
OUTBOUND (After repair):
-Simply choose whether you want your repaired item sent back "OVERNIGHT" or "2 DAY" . Just to clarify, "OVERNIGHT" means the next business day, and does not include weekends or holidays.
