These simple five steps will guide you through the process of purchasing a repair service for your data collector or controller. Please email or call us if you need assistance ordering online or ordering over the phone and we’ll be glad to help you.

Our Simple Five Step Process
Ordering Repairs - Select your device(s) from the drop-down menu and add the repair service(s) you need for each device to your shopping cart. If you need several repairs on multiple devices, make a note of what device gets which repair at the checkout page, read more details here.
Return Shipping – At the checkout page, you will be prompted to select USPS or FedEx return shipping and insurance options. This is for the return shipping we use to ship your device back to you after repairs are complete, it is not for shipping us your device. We only provide return shipping.
Shipping Us Your Device – Please read our Shipping Guidelines before and after placing an order. Ship us your device through your preferred carrier (e.g. USPS, UPS, or FedEx). We recommend that you remove your device's battery pack to save on shipping costs. Please do not include any additional accessories.
Diagnostics – We offer free diagnostic testing before repairing your device and will notify you if there are any additional issues or recommended repairs. Issues such as internal water damage/corrosion will not be able to be repaired and will require that the device be shipped back at the customers expense.
All Done! – We'll have your device repaired and shipped back to you by the next business day. A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your package has been shipped. Your new screen will have a temporary screen protector installed for shipping protection, please remove it.
