Properly Shipping Us Your Devices
Please follow this guideline to insure your package reaches us properly and timely.
Please DO NOT include accessories such as A/C adapters, cases or styluses. You may include your device's battery, however we recommend you remove it to save on shipping costs.
1. Use a big enough box
Many shipping carriers require you to have a minimum of 2 inches of padding on all sides of your device to qualify for an insurance claim, in the rare event of a damaged package. This is a good packaging standard to follow regardless if insurance was purchased.
2. Include a copy of your invoice
Shortly after placing your order, an email will be sent to you with a PDF document of your invoice receipt attached to it. Please download and print the PDF document and include a copy inside your package.
Didn't get an email from us? If you did not receive an email from us after 10 minutes, please check your spam or junk folder. If there still is no email then you may have entered your email address incorrectly on the order checkout page or there may be an issue on our end. If you created an account with us at the checkout page, simply and download your invoice, otherwise just include your return shipping address, email, and phone number on a sheet of paper inside your package. We'll use this information to look up your order when we receive your package.
3. Purchasing shipping insurance
If you decide to purchase shipping insurance, be sure to use Fair Market Value (FMV) rates only, FMV is what the device is worth today and not the amount you originally paid. It is also the rates shipping carriers use for lost or damaged packages. You will be able to select an insurance dollar amount for your device at the checkout.
4. Finally, ship your package to us using a reliable carrier
(e.g. FedEx, UPS or USPS) You should also use a service that offers tracking so you can view its progress in transit to us.
